Junesong Provision(s)

Just a list of the releases I'm excited about/semi-interested in over the next month.
1Anathema
We're Here Because We're Here

Apparently this is already out in a lot of places, but not my neck of the woods. I also hear it's really, really strong, which isn't really surprising.
2 Lamb of God
Hourglass

I never really got into these guys, but I remember people praising Ashes of the Wake a lot back in the day, and I stumbled upon this while I was looking at that. So...are these guys worth investing in?
3Sleigh Bells
Treats

I've heard that these guys (well, guy and girl) sound like M.I.A. meets Slayer at times, which is both really bizarre and really intriguing.
4 Blitzen Trapper
Destroyer of the Void

Speaking of bizarre and intriguing, reviews I've read say this album is filled with progressive epics arranged for folksy acoustic settings. They must have changed it up a little since I saw them open for Iron and Wine a few years back.
5The Cure
Disintegration

Whenever these deluxe remasters come out, it's usually a tough decision about whether or not an album is worth buying twice. For this, however, there's hardly any question at all, not only because of the abundance of bonus material they've collected for the release, but also since the original album is in such dire need of remastering anyway.
6 Lo-Pro
Beautiful Sounds of Revenge

I had no idea these guys were even still around. At the very least, it should be interesting to hear how they've progressed from their alt nu-metallic roots (although they were one of the stronger bands of that movement).
7 Silverstein
Decade

As long as they skimp on the Arrivals and Departures material in favor of pretty much everything else they've done, this should be a good set.
8 Various Artists
Eclipse Soundtrack

An abysmal series, yet one with consistently strong musical choices. Muse, The Black Keys, The Dead Weather, Beck, Vampire Weekend, Cee-Lo. I love them all for their music, and hate them all for making me support the Twilight franchise.
9Year of No Light
Ausserwelt

Gotta love French post-metal. It's the law.
10Gaslight Anthem
American Slang

Everything I've heard off of this has been really good, and though some early reviews say this isn't as strong as The '59 Sound, I think if it's even half as good as that album, it'll be one of the best rock records of the year.
11 Various Artistis
Broken Hearts and Dirty Windows: Songs of John Prine

John Prine is an excellent songwriter to begin with, so I don't see how you could go wrong adding My Morning Jacket, Justin Vernon, The Avett Brothers, and a slew of others into the mix.
12Haste the Day
Attack of the Wolf King

Another release I'm on the fence about. Dreamer was pretty meh, but any album with a name like this *has* to be interesting, right? Right? ...
13 No-Man
Wild Opera

Another remaster, but I don't have the original, so I'm set. I'm also pumped for Anesthetize, the new Porcupine Tree DVD. Steven Wilson knows his jank.
