1 Metsatoll
Äio

New album totally blew me away. Much better than expected. Best folk metal of 2010, as I'm quite certain there will not be anything better in the genre this year.

more good 2010 folk metal. Not as great as Metsatoll, and the flutes are a little overwhelming, but otherwise great.
9Nonpoint
Statement

Their best album, and probably my favourite nu metal album ever. Bumped to a 5 (yes, a 5)
10Skinlab
The Scars Between Us

Even though some of these guys' previous efforts have been atrocious, this one is actually a really solid, strongly hardcore influenced groove metal record
