What's So Great About These Albums Pt.2

A while back I made a similar list that included Radiohead's Ok Computer, someone said that I didn't like it because I mainly listen to metal and hip hop so this list is a bit different...
1Jay-Z
The Black Album

not nearly as good as Blueprint, sure BP has more bad songs but also more good songs, many more this album is flows very smoothly but is consistently above average only: 3.5
2Black Star
Black Star

highly overrated everywhere, some OUTSTANDING tracks but overall pretty average:3
3Outkast
Stankonia

2-3 great tracks the rest is pretty average unique? yes original? absolutely classic? no way: 3
4Madvillain
Madvillainy

above average production in places, average rapping. cannot for the life of me understand why people love this so much: 2.5
5Deltron 3030
Deltron 3030

not even the Automator's best project, Dr Octagon has a better MC (Kool Keith > Del) better DJ (DJ Q-Bert > Kid Koala) great poduction on both albums but this is NOT the best hip hop album ever, not even close: 3.5
