C20H25N3O 08.16.06	No Comments.... O RLY? DJ SHADOW Though I love most of shadow's songs, this has always been far and away my favorite. I like long songs, and I like the drum beat. It just kicks ass. 2. Changeling / Transmission 1 3. What Does Your Soul Look Like (Part 1): Blue Sky Revisit / Transmission 3 MASSIVE ATTACK This has always been accepted as the song that possibly ruins Mezzanine. But the second I heard the song, I fell in love with it. It's so lounge, I like that. I like both versions, but the instrumental is more chill. 2. Group Four 3. Black Milk DAFT PUNK Again, among DP fans, nobody is crazy about this song, but I think it's genious. I just think it's amazing that they could do much with one sample Yaay! 2. Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger 3. Indo Silver Club THE MARS VOLTA I've already spent about 3% of my life listening to this song. I still have no idea how fast 13 minutes goes by. Just an amzing song. 2. L'Via L'Viaquez 3. Tetragrammaton BASEMENT JAXX A salsa song on acid (Probably literally). This song takes a classic salsa song and makes it better. 2. Being With U 3. Always Be There KRAFTWERK Though Autobahn is my favorite Kraftwerk album, this song is just so creepy and well annunciated I can't think of a better Kraftwerk song 2. Morgenspaziergang 3. Kometenmelodie 2 APHEX TWIN This Was a hard choice. I just love the voices in it, and it's just so trippy. 2. Curtains 3. TIE: Milkman / Windowlicker KOOL KEITH Really, I could just put the whole Dr. Octagon album as my favorite song, but I'll say this is his finest moment on the album 2. Don't Crush 3. Fine Girls

TIE: My Way Home / Get 'Em High JAY-Z Most likely in my top 5 songs of all time so this was a no brainer. Just listen and you'll know why (or not, whatever) 2. Cashmere Thoughts 3. Never Change COIL This songs mood: :( Truly beautiful 2. Tattooed Man 3. Slur THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G. Best Rap song ever? Yeah, pretty much. It's just perfect in every way. 2. Machine Gun Funk 3. Everyday Struggle AIR Beth Hirsch > Life 2. La Femme D'Argent 3. Alpha Beta Gaga WEEN I love how over dramatic and Singalong-able this song is, so weird, but so good. 2. BIG JILM 3. Spinal Meningitis (Got Me Down) THROBBING GIRSTLE Maybe TG's least Industrial sounding song, very light and ambient. Reminds me of Kraftwerk. Just really peaceful 2. Persuasion 3. Tanith (I doubt anyone read this, but at least the descriptions weren't lost.)
