06.03.22 | Interesting to see 7 here. A lot of people (myself included) generally don't get hugely into Bowie until the '70s, as I think of The Man Who Sold the World as Bowie's first album I like and Hunky Dory his first album I love, but to each their own, of course. (Title track of Space Oddity is fantastic, though, of course. One of his best songs.)
I will ask this, however -- no Beatles? |

06.03.22 | JKing92- I just can't get into them. Also, 7 isn't one of my favourite Bowie albums, but I do like most of the songs. I gave it a 3.0, which does suggest indifference, but I'd describe it as 'enjoyable but nothing spectacular' which says a lot about my view of 60's music. Music didn't really get great until the 70's IMO.
Sinternet- 'mostly', Elvis is great and Runaway by Del Shannon is brilliant. There are some songs from the 50's I like, but not entire albums. |
