The story would probably be me pushing past people on a crowded street on a Friday in May while half-asleep from work, hallucinating everyone to be exact copies of myself who get along fine at first, but then grow more and more hostile until a riot breaks out, so I have to hurry home and watch the carnage from the inside.

They'd announce him as being from "The wilds of the Yukon," and Fred Blassie would bring him in on a chain. And when he'd attack someone, they used to say it was too horrible to show on TV, and they'd cover over the screen with a great big giant "X".

Speaking of The Yukon, it is freezing here now, mostly snow and a bit of rain for the past week, and I have onw more outside gravel bike race coming up this Saturday. The Triassic in general is one of the most interesting periods ever; it has really weird lifeforms due to being in between two mass extinction events and it has to beginning of the dinosaurs (also Pangea was in fact in full glory).

Also what the hell was that edit? Fuck that, I'm rating the full version. The way he raps is so annoying like he has a weird valley girl intonation. To say some nice things about it: it's not boring the strings are nice and the overall mixing is good. Kanye's persona post-Graduation is just being a weird egomaniac though, no wonder he was a Trumper for a while. 2/5

It kinda sounds like an original ECW theme. 15. Triassic. 4.2 This has a great build, tight instruments, oh I know this song now, took until the vocals kicked in. This would be a slow introduction, the first 3 minutes would be Pangea slowly creeping around the room, then as the vocal grow heavy Pangea will get up all in your face for a couple of seconds, then go back to sneaking around until the 4th minute, where Pangea will get up on the table in front of everyone and expose his prehistoric self. The song rules by the way.

fogza 10.21.21	21. Pearl Jam: Hold on - I never really listen to PJ anymore, but I loved them back in the day. The backbone of this sounds very much like the same DNA as 'Alive', and yep, it's a Ten outtake. I don't know why I'm not excited by this, but it's pretty good. 3.5

I need to do a discog run on these guys, what drugs would you recommend? 21. Hold On. 3.2 I don't know if I have heard this before, sounds like it could be off the Into The Wild soundtrack, but way before the time. Eddie's voice is one of the most recognisable and soooo good. Not enough happens on this song, maybe if they fully worked it, it would be better. Hopefully things get better for you Death! 22. Steelwinged Savage Reaper. 2.5 Oh no, those vocals. The intro was promising, and musically I can fuck with this, dude just needs to loosen his jeans. 23. fireworks. 3.6 lol jesper, you are such a gentle soul. Like her voice. Don't know this band at all, but interested to check more, when I need to wind down. 24. Feeze Time. 3.0 I have not listened to 311 in forever. Oh yeah this style of music died off pretty quickly, those turntables are nowhere to be seen in punky/ grungey music anymore, and for a good reason. Song is good, but again 20 years too late, I have outgrown this style. WatchItExplode's entrance would be hilarious though. 25. Haters Increase The Heat!. 3.3 Now this is a cool entrance theme. Could see Ryus popping all the way to dancefloor, it's all about waht he chooses next though, you can go anywhere after this.

This is also top 10 FNM for me as well, and FNM were my fav band from 1989 to 1993, I know I'm old. 27. Diamonds is Forever. 4.0. Jay Z is on his game on this one, even if he is a skinny n. 28. Beware the Blue Skies. 2.7 Best cover art of the month, these Norwegians can create good music, but I do not like the vocals, or the delivery of the vocals. 29. Black Skinhead. 4.8 What Can I say, it's a classic and the ultimate entrance theme. Kanye could win this month, Fuck Biggels could win this month. 30. Railing. 4.5 Discog run on this band happening ASAP!!! This is my type of music, angry, Messy, distorted, short and fast. Mikey with the Goods! 31. Ceremony. 4.5 I haven't listened to this since it came out. Again, Minus knows what I like, this would make a cool entrance theme, nice riffy guitars with some cool short solos, punchy fast drums, and snotty vocals. This month ended on a high.

This is decent enough, but I don't love it. 3.5/5 "GAL" Scary old man vocals and good bass. I'm intrigued. A song about rape is your party theme? You realize how worrying that is right? Music's good enough, but idk... not feeling it. 2.8/5 "The Man Who Fell from the Sky" Metal riffs so far. This is just like a filler instrumental. Meh. 2.5/5 "Triassic" A slow atmospheric buildup so far. Unexpected robotic vocals. And now here's the metal riffs and growling, no thanks. Yeah, I hate this. 1.5/5 "Blackout" Vocals are pop punkish, not a great start. +.1 for good cowbell usage though, too bad the majority of this sucks. 2.3/5

Look at that bass and those synths and those sexy vocals. Shine the spotlight on Sir Nose D'Voidoffunk to make him dance to win the alien war! Wacked out and fun. If you don't love Parliament, maybe question your reality because this is why music exists. 5/5 "Demons" Angelic intro and who doesn't like those little crackles? Oh Macy Gray! I like her voice a lot honestly, but I typically find the songs she sings to be kinda boring, so it's a perfect match to put her with Fatboy Slim to spice her up. This is cool. 3.9/5 "Morgenstern" This is industrial METAL. Or maybe just metal because I heard no machine sounds. Wait there are the industrial parts. Kinda bland, but not awful. 2.8/5 "Twilight" Corny 80s synths, oh no. ELO is so hit or miss, either they're amazing or painful and this is painful, gaudy garbage. 2/5 "Hold On" I wish I liked Eddie Vedder's voice, it's so muffled in the worst way, but the guitars are cool. Pearl Jam is such a conflicting band for me. 2.8/5 "Steelwinged Savage Reaper" Do you think thrash metal bands ever get tired of trying too hard to sound like the cool guy while mostly appealing to nerds? I don't know what else to say about this other than "boring." 2.4/5 "Fireworks" Pretty light dream pop stuff. This is pleasant. Not unique or really hitting me or anything, but it's good regardless. 3.6/5 "Freeze Time" Why though. Bad signing, the way the record scratching was used felt corny. Haha, that rapping sounds bad. Didn't connect to this, but it's not awful. 3/5 "Beware the Blue Skies" Why does this sound like 3D Sonic the Hedgehog opening level music? It's not awful, but kinda generic other than the synths. Intro with the accordian is the best part. 3/5 "Black Skinhead" I have Yeezus 1'd so uh... I remember hearing this for the first time and being like: fuck this. This song is so empty and bland, but I guess the lyrics are fine. Then again this is Kanye, so you know he doesn't believe what he's saying. The dude liked Trump just cuz he's attracted to egomaniacs. Hearing this song was the beginning of that terrible egomania too or at least when I started noticing it. 1/5 "Railing" Not a fan of the vocals, but the guitar line is kinda cool. 2.7/5 "MCDF" Weird production and weird vocals, but somehow I'm not annoyed by this.
