CaliggyJack 04.21.21	Alternative music will definitely make some of my 2000-2010 lists. here not so much. Generally, due to the sheer amount of indie music released each year, I generally avoid actively seeking out Indie music. I just sort of wait for an interesting indie song or album to catch my attention. There's just too much, and not enough of it good imho. Same with Country.

Same with Country.' that's how I feel about pop and metal so this is where personal taste really comes into it, hip hop/pop/metal/dance will make an impression if it's really really good but I don't seek it too much and it'll only get repeat plays if it's la creme de la creme :D
