Time to commit to another binge that'll take me years to complete. Watch me let the thrash list slowly fall into oblivion now that this is up

Cool stuff, but my issue with this is that I see it being exciting more for the hypothetical output it prefaces as a demo (which never came to life really) than as records in their own right. It's cool but I don't think it'll hold the competition against fully fleshed releases from other bands on this list. I'm sad there is no LP from these guys though because these sure are quality demo songs.

A band with a unique sound that I love and fantastic technicity without forgetting atmosphere, but I feel like they still have a magnum opus in them and it hasn't quite come out just yet. They're on their way though I'm sure. From the EP you can already tell how much potential they have.

yeah I know I might get heat for this but I really do not vibe with this band's taste for anachronism, doom tempos and guitar neck wanking :[ Every record has great ideas, but it is always ruined by that - except on the last one, which is my favourite of the lot by a mile. They give hints of techiness hear and there and make me want more of that.

A band that is yet to really make a full-length I want to keep in my library. They are absolutely ripe with ideas and technical prowess, but their incessant tendency to go all over the place without thinking much of album structure, and more importantly some of their stylistic tendencies with solos and some vocals etc tire me out quickly. They do improve though, as I liked their last three LP far more than the earlier stuff. Their two EPs are worth checking out, one just because a simpler, shorter version of their style is really fun, and the other because it features cool acoustic covers that sound super jazzy.

Love this band to bits. Their discog is perhaps not entirely flawlessw with a couple weaker records, but overall I love their brand of merciless, massively technical death metal. Their move to a more atmospheric style on Shrines and Stare especially was really successful and brilliantly executed, buuut I just enjoy the 100% evil in your face flavour of EiF even more. I'll still eagerly wait for their future output because it really doesn't feel like they're anywhere near running out of ideas that might surprise me.

A band with a truly unique sound, and definitely worth a check for any fan of the genre. Their LP especially shows a bunch of tasty additions to their overall sludgy, evil dm sound, with touches of TDEP vibes, screamo etc. Sadly it feels like they never fully realised their potential, as they stopped after a couple EP and the one LP with some flaws that take a bit of the shine away. So guys if you're still out there, make more please? I love how evil and unique this is, but it just feels like it never got time to fully mature.

Well that was a quick discog since they only have a 15min demo from 2016 at this stage, but man if they release more I'll be right there. The demo is extremely well produced, and while it has some questionable sections here and there, it lines up funeral doom with baby Ulcerate dm dissonance very well, and the guttural vocals are fantastic. Make more pls.
