01.09.19 | Scorpions world wide live is defiantly better than the studio recordings
But that’s a very rare case for me tend to not live albums at all unless they’re done right |

01.09.19 | And Talking Heads!
Also Daft Punk's Human After All is quite average, but the same tracks on Alive 2007 are amazing. |

01.09.19 | Ichiko Aoba seems to be better live than in studio and Live And Dangerous is the essential Thin Lizzy release but other than that I can't think of too many examples where I prefer live albums over studio ones. |

01.09.19 | Most cases I prefer studio albums but there are some bands like The Who or Grateful Dead where I'd rather go for Live at Leeds and Live/Dead respectively. |

01.09.19 | well it all depends on the quality of the live recording or the quality of the band as musicians. As a record guy most late recording are better in the studio format, save Live at Leeds, Live Dead, a couple Jethro Tulls. I love live recorded music but the quality of most band just is not there. |

01.09.19 | Sometimes both: studio and live too. For example Tsjuder, Sunn O))), Queen, AC/DC etc. sounds great both. BUT: for example, I really don't like Metallica live albums. |

01.09.19 | Art of Life Live > Art of Life |

01.09.19 | @berrygarlicia yeah that’s a great one but I personally prefer Tokyo tapes to that one |
