12.26.18 | @Ali, cheers man! indeed I guess we have discussed about half of these, haha. that Marty Lattimore might be by my favorite rec from you this year. need more stuff like that in my life! most of these aren't really ranked outside the top 5-10 but yeah that Golden Hour already holds a special place in my heart. It's so accessible, yet there's more depth to it than you'd expect. I had been close-minded about country music and that album really opened my mind to how great it can be :]
cheers neeka! hard to explain 1 really. I liked it when I first heard it but it recently hit me like a truck. I think "Revelation" through "Easier" is my favorite run of songs of 2018. also, "Easier" sounds like Bedouine, which is awesome |
