I should really invest in a pullup bar, wouldn't hurt to get more weights as well too. I have a bar for curling but not deadlifting I'm afraid. I do lunges with a 30 pound weight as well but i could def add some squats. |

11.24.18 | crossfit requires very little equipment (depends on how deep you get into it), but if youre not familiar with most of the movements, I suggest developing or finding some sort of cross training regiment. For instance: 3 rounds: 15 pushups, 10 burpees, 100 jump ropes, 10 pullups. something like that. Theres tons of these kinds of workouts you can find online. Usually when Im trying to lean up I do this kind of training. Right now im focused on extreme high volume for mass-heavy physique. But just remember, the key to looking lean is essentially to do more, and eat less. |
