Dylan620 10.31.18	Thanks man! Officially my show runs for 2 hours from 12-2, but the 2-4 timeslot is empty, so I sometimes like to extend my show to (at least partially) fill the gap.
RunOfTheMill 11.01.18	Where are you from? In Canada, I always have to play 35% Canadian content, which is a cool way to promote local talent, but a pain in the ass when you're trying to fit themes, was wondering if you had anything similar
Dylan620 11.01.18	I'm from Massachusetts. My station doesn't have geographic restrictions, but one-third of the music we play has to have been released in the past three months, and we can't play any song by any artist who has had any album reach the top 40 of the Billboard 200. It's super helpful for promoting new, underground music... but it also bars me from playing several of my favorite artists. Weirdly, the charting rule doesn't apply to singles - meaning, I'm allowed to play "Closing Time," "Too Close," and "Gangnam Style," but I can't play anything by Nick Cave, Swans, or Rx Bandits.
