A Tale of Three Ghost Sightings

I have fortunately observed three ghosts during my lifetime, assuring me that some type of an afterlife exists. My first sighting was during late twilight during my childhood, where I glimpsed a ghost trace/energy of a man moving rapidly (and disjointedly) across a front porch. My second sighting occurred in my teens while resting in a log cabin in the Appalachians, and included a ghostly hand descending rapidly down upon my face. That one kept me awake for a while. My third sighting occurred around 2003 or so and was the most profound. I was sleeping soundly after a long day of watersports on the lake, within the basement of my Parent's lake house. I was lying on my back and outside of the blankets, as I often did when I was younger. I awoke with a start, as my bare feet were exceedingly cold. Wide awake, I glanced down towards my feet. At the foot of the bed stood an older (around 65 or so) Caucasian woman, with short to medium length bobbed hair and wearing clothes of a slightly older fashion. As she scowled down upon me, I noted that her form was visibly translucent and slightly transparent. In haste, I proceeded to raise my right foot and kick/sweep my foot through her, at which point her form rapidly dissipated away (like a gust of wind moving through a cloud of dust). No falling back to sleep after that. Here are some great songs, in alphabetical order, on the general subject of ghosts or the supernatural.
