My grandpa passed several years back, but I wasn't that close with him; I think I was about as sad as when my dog died. My condolences go out to you and your family. I've seen how it can tear a person up. Don't let it get to you too hard, man. Keep your head up and grieve healthily. Whoever they were to you, I'm sure they wouldn't want you needlessly suffering on their account for a long time. Take your time, maybe even a few months, to grieve their memory. But don't let it pull you down. I haven't interacted with you at all on this site up until now, but a personal loss is always really tough, and the more support, the better. Plus, you seem to have a pretty kickin' music taste. God bless, if you're into that stuff. If not, my best of wishes and sincerest of condolences are with you. |

I don't know anything about you, but I do know about loss. While at times it might feel overwhelming, you will get through it. When sometime in the future you realise you haven't thougt about this person for a while, don't beat yourself up. It's normal and a part of healing.
