As somone who played in a prog metal band, it's def not about being pretentious or trying to impress people. It definitely comes from passion and general interest in the genre because you genuinely think the riffs are good. |

07.02.18 | It's hard to rank them when I've had varying levels of exposure, guess at the minute Death, Prog & Post would be 'winning', I also enjoy some BM but usually the more melodic kind, atmospheric can be good too though.
A bit of sludge & thrash too & a small dose of metalcore.
Had very little experience of heavy/power, not enough to really say either way. |
