| Oceansize
This is is dedicated to the progressive rock band Oceansize. Thanks to sputnik these guys became one of my favorite bands blending my favorite music genres into one (post rock, metal, & alt rock) and I realized that no one has heard of them. (call me a fan boy if you must) I strongly encourage anyone who hasn't heard of them to check them out because I don't believe they get the recognition they deserve | 1 | | Oceansize Frames
Top Tracks (basically all of them): Commemorative T-Shirt, Unfamiliar, Trail of Fire, Savant, Only Twin, The Frame | 2 | | Oceansize Effloresce
You Wish, Remember Where You Are, Amputee, Women Who Love Men Who Love Drugs, Saturday Morning Breakfast Show, Long Forgotten | 3 | | Oceansize Everyone Into Position
The Charm Offensive, Meredith, Music For A Nurse, New Pin, You Can't Keep A Bad Man Down, *Ornament/The Last Wrongs* (the song that got me into them, and it remains my favorite by them) | |

10.04.08 | I just got 3. It's my first Oceansize cd, too | Slaytan
10.05.08 | I only have 1 and 3. I've been meaning to pick up 2 though. | Zoo
10.05.08 | I, too, share a strong love for Oceansize. But I would probably rank them as Effloresce, Everyone Into Position, and Frames.
Do you have Music For Nurses? | Mendigo
10.05.08 | get the Music for Nurses EP. Now!
it's their best imo, and though many disagree with me, it's definitely worth checking out.
but all of the other albums are great as well... | Adash
10.05.08 | saw them and their set was the whole of Frames and catalyst, 6 months before Frames was released. woop! | Abdar112
10.06.08 | Yea I have yet to check out their EPs, but i'll definitely get them in the near future, but one thing I have noticed about Oceansize is that it takes a while for their music to grow on you, and it takes a few listens to really appreciate their music |
