Let The Gains Begin (Gym Albums)

Here are my favorite albums to lift, bike, run, and move to.
1Electric Wizard
Dopethrone

Thick/powerful riffs for long squat and deadlift sessions. Slow and steady and heavy.
2Frontierer
Orange Mathematics

The first time I listened to this album, I was doing an obscene stationary bike workout. I couldn't slow down. Great for some intense lifting or hard bike workouts or runs.
3Code Orange
Forever

Fast, brutal, well paced hardcore album. Try not going crazy during Spy & The Mud.
4Death Grips
Exmilitary

From Beware you'll be ready to get MOVING. Takyon, Lord Of The Game, Blood Creepin are the highlights, but this whole album is 48 minutes of crazy - perfectly fine for indoors/outdoors/cardio/lifting.
5The Dillinger Escape Plan
Calculating Infinity

The first & most brutal vocalist for TDEP will serve as your batshit angry personal trainer. The fear of death and this album's schizophrenia will keep you on edge.
6Nine Inch Nails
Broken

Catchy industrial rock riffs with a much angrier, younger Trent Reznor will make you break some weights.
7Ion Dissonance
Breathing Is Irrelevant

Very similar to Calculating Infinity in its unhinged vocals, violent randomness, and righteous brutality.
8Harms Way (IL)
Posthuman

Metallic, industrial, fast & slow, hardcore that'll make you angry in the best way possible. Become A Machine, Last Man, and Human Carrying Capacity will make the weights feel lighter.
9Linkin Park
Hybrid Theory

A classic album in its own right that has some great bangers for working out: Papercut, One Step Closer, Crawling, In The End, Points of Authority etc.
10Linkin Park
Meteora

Another classic from LP that might even have more bangers than HT.
11Pantera
Far Beyond Driven

Yep this rules. All killer, no filler, badass groove metal.
12Fear Factory
Demanufacture

Catchy industrial death metal from a band that I'm really getting into. Many bangers on this one.
13GosT
Possessor

Heavy, satanic, atmospheric electronic beats that will get you moving.
