Didn't include any songs from Hammerheart, Twilight Of The Gods, or Blood On Ice because to me, the black metal era Bathory and the viking era Bathory are like two different bands. Love them both but having them both on here would just feel weird, they wouldn't mix well. | | 1 |  | Bathory

A creepy song, and the standout track on the self-titled debut. The bells being chimed at the beginning followed by the ambient heart beat are the perfect way to open a song like this, and helped paved the way for future black metal. | | 10 | | Bathory
