08.24.08 | I love Enter, but Stations wasn't nearly as good as I thought it would be, especially with Brian Cook on bass. It took me awhile to get into their style because they combine both sides of the instrumental music spectrum. I've always thought they had the best parts of Pelican, Don Caballero and Explosions in the Sky. Give Enter a few more listens. If you like instrumental music, I guarantee it will grow on you, unless it's just not your style of music, of course :) |

08.24.08 | You should check out the new Electro Quarterstaff demos on their MySpace if you haven't yet. They got a bassist and it really adds a lot to their sound. |
