Not That I'm A Pussy...

These are songs that "touch" me emotionally, they are all beautiful in their own way and some of them make me want to cry when I hear them (when I'm fucked up, that is) *This is actually a song list but there are multiple songs on some albums that I had to include*
1Yndi Halda
Enjoy Eternal Bliss

"A Song For Starlit Beaches" - though all four tracks are amazing, I was touched by this song when I was trippin' on mushrooms walking back to my apartment, my emotions started at very depressed, but by the end of the song I was on the verge of bursting into tears.
2Thrice
Vheissu

"Red Sky" - My personal favorite by the band, just a beautiful song which I picture sailing in the ocean and then a storm coming (chorus) and eventually everyone drowning, also "For Miles" & "Atlantic" - amazing songs
3Radiohead
Kid A

"How to Disappear Completely" - Thom's masterpiece, writing about his out-of-body experience, Jonny Greenwood does an amazing job of composing the eerie strings.
4Radiohead
The Bends

"Fake Plastic Trees" - yet another beautiful song by Radiohead, my personal favorite by the band, love how it starts with only Thom & an acoustic then escalades the entire band then slows back down in the outro
5 Sigur Ros
?g?tis Byrjun

"Staraflur" - My personal favorite by Sigur, the epic strings in the end just gives me that feeling in my chest that I know what beauty sounds like.
6Weezer
The Blue Album

"Say It Ain't So" - Although it was a big hit single with plenty of air play, it still remains my favorite Weezer song, enough said, also "Only In Dreams" is just as good, if not better
7Thrice
The Alchemy Index: Vols. I and II...

(Water Disc) - "Lost Continent" - This seems like the darkest song on the water disc, I don't know why, but it probably isn't the best song on the water disc, but I love the depressing sound to it, also "Open Water," "Night Diving," & "The Whaler"
8Smashing Pumpkins
Siamese Dream

"Mayonaise" - Great light, but heavy song at the same time, it took it a while to grow on me, but I love it, also "Disarm" which everyone should know.
9This Will Destroy You
Young Mountain

"Quiet" - Nice piano intro, but the build up is anything but quiet, gotta love the post rock, just sheer beauty
10Metallica
Metallica

"The Unforgiven" - All time favorite Metallica song, though they aren't as good as they used to be I still give them much credit for this beautiful ballad, and for changing things up - "Fade To Black", "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)," & "One" all track four ballads w/ light verse and heavy chorus, but this does the opposite
11Oceansize
Everyone Into Position

"The Ornament" - This is the song that got me into the band, an epic 9 plus min. song of hard riffs and a beautiful "gang" vocals at the climax.
12Radiohead
OK Computer

"Let Down"- When first experienced to OK, this was the song that got me, the song fits the title perfectly - as in someone being let down (not as in disappointed by the song) - it fits the emotions of someone being "let down", and "No Surprises" is a beautiful sounding song w/ very depressing lyrics
13God Is An Astronaut
All Is Violent, All Is Bright

"Forever Lost" - When I first heard this song, I could've sworn I heard it before, but that guitar riff is so catchy and beautiful, also "Fragile" is also amazing, reminds me off an Irish landscape early in the morning while the fog still covers it.
