Dark Metal Pt. 2

A continuation of the previous list which primarily featured black metal. Instead of having doom metal as well, this time imma list some of my favorite death metal albums. The last list rfocused more on melodic and ratmospheric black metal (which I think is a redundant term ranyway). This time around the emphasis will be on the rawer sides of both black and death metal, which are atmospheric in their own right. And of course no list of mine would be complete without some melodic and/or cheesy rsymphonic shit, and I'll tag them so y'all know which albums to avoid :D

In the last list, Bethlehem's Dark Metal was the centerpiece being in my opinion the
perfect blend of black and doom metal. Here we have Necrophobic's magnum opus.
When it comes to blackened death, nothing is better than this. It has all the
aggression of death metal, but with an impeccably well-realized evil, black metal
atmosphere.

The last 2 years have been amazing for death metal, with Gorguts and Obliteration putting out near classics last year. 2014 has
treated us to Morbus Chron's twisted, psychadelic opus. I'll be very surprised if a metal album ends up topping this, this year.
