Most of Rap has been in a freefall the last 3 years, so 2008 is the year it starts becoming great again.

Masochist 04.12.08	Doesn't matter that there are a lot of rap albums, because most of these rappers are the best representation the genre has. #3 Do mine eyes deceive me!? ("No, your eyes aren't deceiving you.")...oh. Guess not. Well, since Thrice's new album finally came out, this jumps up to #2 on my most anticipated list (after Eminem). MF Doom is one of my absolute favorite underground rappers, and Ghostface Killah is unbelievably talented...now they're doing an album together? This should rival or surpass DangerDoom, and that makes me excited! Now if you'll excuse me, I need to change my pants. #4 has been called some of his best work, and at least one of the songs has been compared to "The Way I Am." I think that's what has me worried the most. When people start making comparisons on that level, you start expecting disappointment (especially following on the heels of "Encore"). #5's album name alone would make it worth it. Unless, you know, it sucked. #10...like this: NO. #15 You have three eyes on that emoticon there...>_>_>...that's freaky.

MUNGOLOID 05.13.08	Eminem's albums should at least be better than Encore and his D12 albums. Nas's new album should be bought multiple times so that it can be seen high up on Billboard charts. It can't be as bad as Nastradamus. It'll probably be better than Hip Hop Is Dead. Wu-Tang has been doing a better job with solo joints so it should stick to that for a while. Raekwon's new album better be the best sequel esqe album ever made. The Neptunes have been keeping it low key for a while but after listening to N.E.R.D.'s new track, they probably gonna be more underground than mainstream. And as for Lil Wayne, 95% of his shit better be better than "Lollipop." "Milli" is showing promises.
