BigPleb: Terrifying Movie Scenes I Will Always Remember

BigPleb 05.01.13	Obviously there are more, but I thought I'd give you a taster. Post yours below!
ButteryBiscuitBass 05.01.13	PA3 freaked me out when all those old women came out of nowhere, reminded me of my first successful grab a granny mission.
MrElmo 05.01.13	I agree for 2, the first paranormal activity can get pretty tense if you enter the mood of the movie, fuck that ending scene startled me

MrElmo 05.01.13	Oh and creepiest scene ever for me was in Eraserhead when the freak baby gets cut open and his head floats in the room screaming, another terrifying scene for me was at the ending of el topo when the poor sods of the cavern get massacared as they seek shelter in the city (towards the end). Finaly Evil Dead when the hero hangs around with all of his dead friends just waiting for the occasion to laugh and kill him
BigPleb 05.01.13	Eraserhead has been mentioned a lot today. Evil Dead has some pretty morbid scenes but it never really got to me. I generally don't think anything will beat the 1st time I watched Mullholland Drive, holy shit.

MrElmo 05.01.13	Yeah dunno this is Eraserhead day for me! Still haven't watched Mullholland drive. Pink Floyd the Wall by Alan Parker also has some pretty eerie/creepy scenes, especially the ones that are drawn.

Eraserhead creeped me out. not just the baby parts. even the dinner table scene. i think it was mostly the sound design that made me edgy in that. haven't seen 2, but I saw Part 3 and I laughed at the ending.

MrElmo 05.01.13	yep heard Lych and a friend worked a year just for sound design and hard work payed off (plus I hate the sound of wind so it was just horrid for me) ugh that fucking mutant baby crying and laughing, poor henry seriously (love his haircut though). Saw all PA and nothing beats the first but I enjoyed the 3. Rec 1 is a damn good horror movie, the second is terrible though.
Hyperion1001 05.01.13	ive seen movies that have been disturbing and creepy but nothing ever physically horrified me quite like the first time i watched [Rec] it probably had a lot to do with where and how i was watching it, but still. i will never forget the scene where the firefighter falls from the top floor, holy shit

Hyperion1001 05.01.13	idk i like the exorcist, but it kind of goes downhill when linda blair goes apeshit, if theyd kept the whole thing with the same tension as the first section it would have been better scariest part of that whole movie is the beginning scene in the desert with the dogs

evilford 05.02.13	In exorcist III when that grandma comes out crawling like a spider on the ceiling freaked me out I scare easily so I tend to not really watch horror movies. The jump scares aren't that bad but it's the shit that fucks with your head after the movies over, idk.
