04.10.13 | ahh. you know whats sweet? run an od infront of your amp when your playing on a dirty channel, put your gain on your amp to 35-55% and then take the OD and put gain 0-10% and output at 100% and depending on your OD, you will have insta awesome tone |

04.10.13 | If your amp is not a self-biasing amp then after you change your tubes you need to take it to a specialist to have your amp biased correctly. |

It has a bias switch (EL34 and 6550) on the back but I got the same kind of power tubes that was already in it anyway. |

I recently acquired an empty cab that, obviously, needs speakers.
I'm strongly leaning towards the classic V30s but I bet there's cheaper options out there as well. I need something that can produce clean vintage-ish tones but also dirty as fuck sludge.
Maybe two V30s and either two G12T75s or Greenbacks. |
