Damnit!!!

Okay, so I was having lunch with my family in Applebee's, and then this song came on. Had this synth line, and I could've swore that I heard it somewhere before. Well, lo-and-behold, I have. This one Japanese electro group, Cutemen, made this song called "Please Please Please", released back in the early 90s, and the main synth line of the song followed the same song played at Applebee's. Blew my mind, but I can't think of what the song was. Can some fellow musichead help me to identify what the song in question was playing at Applebee's. The link to the music video will be in the comment section. Thanx in advance.
