Trebor17 02.19.13	My depression usually flares up when I'm with a large group of people, or when I got jack shit to do My depression and migraines seem to go down a lot when I'm in school and actually outside and what not Still have trouble sleeping though

My depression is relative to my anxiety, which usually only spikes when I'm surrounded by people that don't really associate themselves with me. As far as sleeping goes, I just wait it out as long as I can before I fall asleep for a few hours or find myself on the computer until I'm literally about the pass out. Most def need to get some Wag in my life. I've heard some of Modest Mouse, but not much. I'll look into 'em, demi.

YoYoMancuso 02.19.13	yeah Modest Mouse is musical Prozac except it actually works get their whole discog. I'd also recommend Motion City Soundtrack's "Commit This To Memory". I've been lucky enough to not go through a depressive episode since November but you really live in fear not knowing whether it will come back.

Melons 02.19.13	I have been that depressed..I spent most of my sophomore year of high school curled up in my bed for days on end. I only started going again because I was under scrutiny from school admins because of truancy. S'all good now, though. I go through depressive episodes every now and again, but I haven't had a serious episode for a few months now.
firewasp 02.19.13	what were u taking? ill go first effexor and paxil 250 mg and i think 30 mg its just i had a similar experience in high school with the sleeping all the time and it wasn't till after i stopped taking meds that i realized how terrible they were for me.

figure337 02.19.13	The occasional joint helps with my depression along with friends and family. Sometimes it's hard looking on the bright side but really enjoying the little things helps more than you think.
Melons 02.20.13	I wasn't taking anything, not even self-medicating at that point. I didn't really feel like I could go to my parents about it being they've always had money issues, and they probably would have just told me to get the fuck over it.
