| Had My First Job Interview Today
Or should I even say "interview." To be blunt, it couldn't have been better. The manager and her assistant showed me around the place where all be working at (it's at a retirement home, not necessarily working with them one on one, but catering to their needs with food/drinks, and other tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, setting tables, etc) and it went surprisingly smooth. We went over when I should work, what days I can, pre-planned vacations, things of that jazz and they seemed to be highly interested in me. He was a cool guy. I even have some friends who work there so that's a major plus. I have a speech impediment as well, and I spoke fine and barely muttered or cluttered.
