Hep Kat 4 Emeritus 2013 Campaign

It's that time of the year again, where users jump onto Staff's collective penis and try to elevate their status to that of "Approved Reviewer," or as you all have come to know it "Contributor," or even that of "Staff Reviewer." It is a hard time for me, personally, to be on this site. Yet today I offer you, the Sputnikmusic User Based Gods, the chance to right a great injustice. I'm talking, of course, about HEP KAT 4 EMERITUS 2013.

As many of you are well aware, retired Sputnik Staff members are granted the tag "Emeritus." It is an illustrious tag held by only a few of the SEVERAL DOZENS of users that have frequented this place over the years. This tag was originally created for the one, the only Med57, who is, in fact, a huge legend.

My point? Well you see, not many of the original staff members remain on this site. However, I happen to be one of them. Oh yes boys and girls, that's right: Uncle Hep Kat was once a staffer. You may take a pause from reading this to let that sink in. Pause over? Well good.

That's a good question. It can be answered thusly: when I retired from Sputnik's staff, the emeritus tag was reserved for one person and one person alone. You probably can guess: It was Med57.

Because I am trying to have some fun and see how much of the user base will actually come out in support of me. Some of my credentials: one of my reviews was the first EVER to be featured under the current feature system. It was my review of Pearl Jam's self-titled. It is shit, but still the point is it was first! I toil tirelessly to bring you, the Sputnik user base the best in punk/rap/alternative music with my contributions to site via my "Fat" series of lists. Also I've gawt all da drugz in da trap.
