| Green Day Ranked
yup | | 11 | | Green Day ¡UNO!
Someone shoot the Green Day, kill the fuckin' Green Day. Yeah fuck this album.
Favorite song: If I had to choose one, Nuclear Family. | | 10 | | Green Day iDOS!
It's Fuck Time. Yeah fuck this album too.
Favorite song: Again if I HAVE to choose, Lady Cobra | | 9 | | Green Day 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours
Compilation of their first album and a few EP's. Really rough production and juvenile
songs.
Favorite song: Paper Lanterns | | 8 | | Green Day 21st Century Breakdown
Not as bad as some claim it to be, but it's still a below average album.
Favorite song: American Eulogy | | 7 | | Green Day Shenanigans
Collection of B-sides and rarities. A couple gems, but for the most part just justifies
why most the songs were B-sides.
Favorite song: You Lied | | 6 | | Green Day Warning
A much more tame Green Day album. This works for and against the band with
songs like Waiting being great, but songs like Church On Sunday falling flat.
Favorite song: Blood, Sex, and Booze | | 5 | | Green Day Insomniac
Much more aggressive than Dookie, and like Warning can work for and against the
band.
Favorite song: Stuart and The Ave. | | 4 | | Green Day Nimrod
At the time, more of a different approach with even a ska song thrown in. A really
above average album.
Favorite song: The Grouch | | 3 | | Green Day American Idiot
Album was huge in it's time, and although it was over-rated, it's still a fantastic
album.
Favorite song: Jesus of Suburbia | | 2 | | Green Day Kerplunk
The album that got Green Day some starting attention. Great, great album, and
nearly every song is fantastic.
Favorite song: 2000 Light Years Away/One of My Lies | | 1 | | Green Day Dookie
No surprises here. Green Day's definitive album, and one of the most influential of all
time. Every song is absolutely fantastic.
Favorite song: F.O.D. | |

11.24.12 | 3 should be 2 | dagrish
11.24.12 | 11 should be 1
10 should be 2
man i'm original | insomniac15
11.24.12 | for me it's Insomniac (hence my username) > Dookie > Nimrod. > American Idiot > Warning: > 1, 039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours > UNO! = DOS! (I find them inconsistent, but fun even though there are horrible tracks) > Kerplunk (I really like some tracks, but I never got into half the album, I don't know why, even if it's better than their current output) > 21st Century Breakdown | Insurrection
11.24.12 | putting 10 over 11 is a crime | whatshisname
11.24.12 | dagrish is 100% right. I can't believe how wrong I ever was. I've seen a new light.
And surprised you don't like Kerplunk as much insomniac, but for me 5 and up are all fantastic albums | insomniac15
11.24.12 | I don't know, the tracks aren't bad, but the last 4 tracks (the Sweet Children EP) are meh (only Sweet Children is better), also Android, 80, Private Ale or Words I Might Have Ate are not that catchy IMO. They are solid tracks, but I find them forgettable. The other half of the record is really cool. | YoYoMancuso
11.24.12 | i'd switch 5 with 3 and 4 with 2 | sixdegrees
11.24.12 | 1 is 1, 2 is 2, idgaf about the rest. | demigod93
11.24.12 | Agreed with YoYo, Insomniac is very underrated | Vicho
11.25.12 | For me: Warning = Nimrod > Insomniac = Dookie = Kerplunk (if we don't count the Sweet Children EP songs) > American Idiot > 1039/SOSH > ¡Uno! = ¡Dos! > Shenanigans >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 21st Century Breakdown |
