Its best to work out every part equally so your body is synch. Working out he lower body is criminally underrated, especially the ass. Squats, lunges and the variations are all great. |

11.10.12 | yea, the main split routine that gave me the most improvement during my years of working out involved squats/bench/deadlifts/military press and then a few secondary workouts to get my glamour muscles pretty. compound exercise ftw though. the program is called stronglifts and is really good for beginners and intermediate weight lifters. got my bench from 165 to 235 in 3 months. |

I'm not even strict paleo since I still consume dairy, but it's all grassfed (raw is illegal in Virginia). I've barely even lifted for the past two months because I tore my labrum and I've retained most of my lean mass because of the high protein intake. Pre-bed snack: cottage cheese, berries, ground flax seeds, fish oil
this was the general outline i used and then i just found alternatives for everything i didn't like. then i mixed some stuff up, i.e. lunch is supposed to be romaine lettuce, tuna, and that other stuff so i just made a salad and made a low fat garlic lemon salad dressing with the olive oil |

There are phytoestrogens in flax, which is also why I will also never touch soy.
