Shows I Have Been To. |
1 | | Underoath Define the Great Line
This was a while ago, right after Lost in the Sound of Separation came out. I
remember it being pretty great, and it was one of my first shows.
Amos' Southend, Charlotte NC. |
2 | | P.O.S. Never Better
He opened for Underoath, which is a weird pairing, but he was great.
Amos' Southend, Charlotte NC. |
3 | | The Devil Wears Prada Plagues
Also opened for Underoath. This was my first mosh pit, and it scared the shit out of
me. I don't remember them being particularly great.

4 | | Saosin Saosin
Also for Underoath.

5 | | Cynic Traced in Air
I have seen them twice, and met Paul, who is a great guy. The second show of
theirs that I saw was their Refocused tour, where the played through Focus. It was
great. The first time was opening for...

8 | | Scale the Summit Carving Desert Canyons
Also opened for BTBAM. They were okay.

I don't remember if they were good or not, so probably the latter. Also opened for
Cynic.

11 | | Circa Survive Blue Sky Noise
They headlined, and they were good. I was really there for...
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
12 | | Animals as Leaders Animals as Leaders
They were great. They were opening though, and they started early for some
reason so I missed their first few songs. I got to hang out with Tosin Abasi
afterwords for a good fifteen minutes, and he was a really nice guy.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
13 | | Dredg El Cielo
Also opened for Circa Survive.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
14 | | Codeseven Dancing Echoes / Dead Sounds
I don't remember anything about them.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
15 | | mewithoutYou Brother, Sister
I just saw them two nights ago. They opened for The Dismemberment Plan, but I
was there to see them.
They were incredible. It was an unfortunately short set, as they had to catch a
flight that same night, because Aaron had to work the next morning. This struck me
as odd, and it is unfortunate that these guys don't make enough money to make it
their only job. Support these guys!
Also, I got to meet Aaron quickly before they had to leave, and he is a really good
person.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
16 | | The Dismemberment Plan Emergency & I
This was the first time I had heard of these guys oddly, but I really enjoyed them.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
17 | | Ben Davis and the Jets
Also opened for The Dismemberment Plan I had never heard of them, and nothing
comes up with a google search. They were okay.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC. |
18 | | Mumford and Sons Sigh No More
I have seen them twice because my sister is a huge fan of theirs. Honestly they are
the two best shows I have ever been to. It blows me away the stage presence and
passion these guys show on stage.
The second time I saw them, it was their Gentlemen of the Road tour, which was an
all day music festival with like eight bands. They closed down the entire town of
Bristol Virginia. They had street vendors and stuff, it was a great experience.

dance party. They played after Mumford and Sons on their Gentlemen of the Road
tour.
I am going to make sure to see them next time they play around.
