Shows I Have Been To.
1Underoath
Define the Great Line

This was a while ago, right after Lost in the Sound of Separation came out. I
remember it being pretty great, and it was one of my first shows.
Amos' Southend, Charlotte NC.
2P.O.S.
Never Better

He opened for Underoath, which is a weird pairing, but he was great.
Amos' Southend, Charlotte NC.
3The Devil Wears Prada
Plagues

Also opened for Underoath. This was my first mosh pit, and it scared the shit out of
me. I don't remember them being particularly great.
Amos' Southend, Charlotte NC.
4Saosin
Saosin

Also for Underoath.
Amos' Southend, Charlotte NC.
5Cynic
Traced in Air

I have seen them twice, and met Paul, who is a great guy. The second show of
theirs that I saw was their Refocused tour, where the played through Focus. It was
great. The first time was opening for...
The Fillmore in Charlotte, NC.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC
6Between the Buried and Me
Colors

They were good. Blake Richardson is a god. With...
the Fillmore in Charlotte, NC.
7 Devin Townsend
Addicted

He is incredible. Such a presence on stage, all around crazy dude. One of my idols.
the Fillmore in Charlotte, NC.
8Scale the Summit
Carving Desert Canyons

Also opened for BTBAM. They were okay.
the Fillmore in Charlotte, NC.
9Intronaut
Valley of Smoke

They were awesome, their bassist plays a fretless, and he stole the show. Opened
for Cynic.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
10Dysrhythmia
Psychic Maps

I don't remember if they were good or not, so probably the latter. Also opened for
Cynic.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
11Circa Survive
Blue Sky Noise

They headlined, and they were good. I was really there for...
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
12Animals as Leaders
Animals as Leaders

They were great. They were opening though, and they started early for some
reason so I missed their first few songs. I got to hang out with Tosin Abasi
afterwords for a good fifteen minutes, and he was a really nice guy.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
13Dredg
El Cielo

Also opened for Circa Survive.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
14Codeseven
Dancing Echoes / Dead Sounds

I don't remember anything about them.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
15mewithoutYou
Brother, Sister

I just saw them two nights ago. They opened for The Dismemberment Plan, but I
was there to see them.
They were incredible. It was an unfortunately short set, as they had to catch a
flight that same night, because Aaron had to work the next morning. This struck me
as odd, and it is unfortunate that these guys don't make enough money to make it
their only job. Support these guys!
Also, I got to meet Aaron quickly before they had to leave, and he is a really good
person.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
16The Dismemberment Plan
Emergency & I

This was the first time I had heard of these guys oddly, but I really enjoyed them.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
17Ben Davis and the Jets

Also opened for The Dismemberment Plan I had never heard of them, and nothing
comes up with a google search. They were okay.
The Cat's Cradle, Carrboro, NC.
18Mumford and Sons
Sigh No More

I have seen them twice because my sister is a huge fan of theirs. Honestly they are
the two best shows I have ever been to. It blows me away the stage presence and
passion these guys show on stage.
The second time I saw them, it was their Gentlemen of the Road tour, which was an
all day music festival with like eight bands. They closed down the entire town of
Bristol Virginia. They had street vendors and stuff, it was a great experience.
Bristol Virginia
Asheville NC
19Matthew and the Atlas

Opened for Mumford and Sons. They were okay.
Asheville NC
20The Low Anthem
Oh My God, Charlie Darwin

Opened for Mumford and Sons.
Asheville
21 The Very Best
Mtmtmk

This was the most fun I have ever had at show by far, it was basically a two hour
dance party. They played after Mumford and Sons on their Gentlemen of the Road
tour.
I am going to make sure to see them next time they play around.
Bristol, VA
22 JEFF The Brotherhood

Opened for Mumford and Sons. They kinda sucked.
Bristol, VA
