Epitaph
Technical Death Metal: Nobody can talk about this genre without mentioning Necrophagist, that is fact. Necrophagist have surpassed themselves on this album, guitars are more technical, the bass gets more spotlight with his crazy fills and tapping leads, and their drummer is just insane. In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
Indie: I know this one seems a bit out of place, but this album caught me by suprise, and I love it. Weird vocals/lyrics but well fitting with the catchy upbeat guitars. Grind: It's weird how you can make such heavy, brutal music with only a drummer, a guitarist, and a singer. The drummer is fucking insane, the guitarist is fucking heavy but can write some of the catchiest riffs that I have ever heard, and the singer/lyricst has a very brutal voice singing some beautifully fucked up poetry. | | 9 |  | Tool

Master of Puppets
Metal:Master of Puppets is one of my all-time favorite albums for many reasons, but my ultimate reason for loving this album so, would be Cliff Burton. This guy knows how to write some good fucking songs, and his solo in Orion floors me everytime. | |
