| Best Rise Against Lp's In Order
Rise Against was my favorite band for 7 years. They've since been stepped over but they were still the band that opened me up as a child to to, well, everything beyond The Beatles. And this is a list of my favorite albums in order. | 1 | | Rise Against The Unraveling
Their most passionate alum. In a lot of ways musically lacking, but the feel of it is the most free and punk-like of any of their albums. | 2 | | Rise Against Siren Songs of the Counter Culture
The lush and juicy meat of Give it All and Life Less Frightening spiced to perfection by songs like Blood to Bleed, Tip the Scales, and Rumours. A Masterpiece for sure. | 3 | | Rise Against The Sufferer and the Witness
I think this album is the easiest to listen to. There are hardly any awkward moments like what Appeal to Reason is plagued with. It's a safe, but magnificent piece of artwork. | 4 | | Rise Against Revolutions Per Minute
A few duds, like Halfway There, but still holds its weight with ease. A great cover of Journey's "Anyway You Want It" as well. And Torches will never get old. | 5 | | Rise Against Endgame
An alright album, better than ATR. Almost seemed as if they were trying to hard to be creative, to the point where their attempts were painfully obvious. | 6 | | Rise Against Appeal to Reason
I still like this album, don't get me wrong, it's catchy and has its moments. But, every single song has one point where I just cannot help but cringe. I don't know who let them release this without going over it a few more times first, but it could have been a good album with just a few band-aids here and there. | |

06.06.12 | Halfway There sucked in my opinion. It was depressing though, because it had quite a bit of potential. The music was great, the lyrics were ok...but the way that the vocals were arranged and aligned with the music just really bugged me, to the point where I could not even enjoy any other aspects of the song. The worst song on RPM though is Voices Off Camera. There's a few lines I like out of it, but otherwise it's just very dull. (Just because it's fast and you can head bang to it doesn't mean it's goo music.) Broken English and "Survive" have very much the same intro. The same is true when you listen to The First Drop, The Kotov Syndrome, and Disparity by Design (just trying to rehash their previous triumphs). But anyway, yeah, I do love all their albums though, and all their songs. | AdamK
