The band has made some of the most extreme doom ever, with slow, heavy and crushing riffs which are punctuated by Mad Max's incredibly low guttural growls. The themes that the songs revolve around are about suicide, misanthropy and depression.

2007 saw the release of their opus 'Dooom', 7 years in the making. It combines music and lyrics written and recorded by Varnier, which have been significantly added to by Pharos, resulting in a dark and heavy album.
