Wolf (previously known as "Black Axe") was formed in 1981 and were part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM). Their debut single was "Head Contact" which came out in 1982 and feautures the songs "Head Contact" and "A soul for the devil". In 1984 they released an, LP "Edge of the World".
