With Wings Of Lead is a five piece band from Port Huron, MI. Formed in the early 2000's, they quickly
gained popularity in the local metal scene in and around the "thumb" area of Michigan. They recently
finished their latest EP, Pushing Forward, (which is available for free download on their Pure
Volume page) and a successful US tour with buddy band, We Came As Romans.
Their sound is a brutal mix of hardcore and metal with the occasional clean singing verse here and
there. They even break into some grind at times. They put on one hell of a live show and guarantee to
get the pit moving. And as one of their T-shirts say, "With Wings of Lead will blow your shit in".
