The Pogo was a Japanese punk band, originally formed in 1985. The group initially had some minor mainstream success in the
late 1980's, but by the early 1990's, it soon evaporated. Their final album, 1992's "Cock and Bull Tunes!", failed to even enter
the Oricon charts. The group ended up officially splitting by 1995, although they are known to have occasional reunion shows
every few years.
