The Mad Capsule Markets (originally written as The Mad Capsule Market's) were a Japanese band that formed in 1990 and were active until 2006. It
was formed by members of the underground hardcore band Berrie, which was active from 1985 through 1990. They started out as a hardcore punk
band, although they later started to incorporate samples and rapped vocals by 1994, before later morphing into a digital hardcore band by 1997,
which would later garner them international acclaim by the end of the 90's.
