Spitz

Spitz are a legendary alternative rock band from Japan. Formed in 1988, the group initially had a much rawer style, which sounded similar to that of a garage rock version of The Blue Hearts. However, around 1991, the group developed their mellow, alternative sound, and the rest is history. Selling over 20 million records, Spitz is one of Japan's best selling artists, and one of the most revolutionary groups to surface out of the 1990's Japanese rock boom.
