The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra (aka. "Concertgebouw Orchestra" or "Concertgebouworkest") is one of the world's leading orchestras. In
recognition of the orchestra's achievements, they were designated "Royal" by Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands in 1988 on the one-hundredth
anniversary of their founding.
They are directed by Daniele Gatti as of 2016.
