Nightbreeder & The Wintermoon Orchestra is the symphonic side project of Dark End's classically trained keyboardist Antarktica (on Steinway piano, cathedral organ, synthesizer and director of the Wintermoon Orchestra).
The project's style is neoclassical with gothic overtones, themed around gothic horror and dark fantasy, and setting to music a series of novels written by the musician himself under the title "The Mysteries of Gordon Pym Island".
Nightbreeder's first release, "The Dawn of The Dark Age" (2009), is the prelude to the main story that is about to be continued in a brand new album coming out on October 31, 2012: "Chapter I - A Black Comet Shineth On The New Age Of Witchcraft".
