A Black/Death metal band from Norway; the band started as Charmock and Hex in 1990 and became Morgul in 1991. The main topic of their lyrics is Horror, Violence and Insanity. Although this band is normally categorized as Black Metal, their song writing and sound resembles Death Metal at times. All instruments, and vocals, are performed by Jack D. Ripper; this “band” is a one man show, and a good one.
