Job for a Cowboy (usually abbreviated as JFAC) is a Death Metal band from Glendale, Arizona. Theystarted out as a Deathcore entity with their"Doom EP" but their sound has evolved into a neo-Floridian Death Metal style. They were signed to Metal Blade Records after an A & Rrepresentativestumbled across their Myspace account by accident and signed the band almost immediately after.It should be noted that Job fora Cowboy's members were between the ages of 15 and 16 when theyrecorded the "Doom EP". He was replaced with Jon "The Charn" Rice after heposted a video onYouTube of him playing drums to some of JFAC's songs. They will be featured onthe Gigantour 2008 North American tour with headlinersMegadeth, Children of Bodom, In Flamesand High on Fire. In addition, they have been confirmed for both Download Festival and WackenOpenAir 2008.
