Jason Alarm is a five-piece Punk/New Wave band from Grand Ledge Michigan, formed in 2007 by lead singer/guitarist Matt Waterman, bassist Pat Hogan, and drummer Kirk Mason. About 8 months into being a band, keyboardist Bradon Blanchard was recruited to the group, taking their music in the direction that can be heard on their debut studio album, “Engage.â€.
In the summer of 2009 bassist Pat Hogan and keyboardist Brandon Blanchard left the band on friendly terms and were replaced by David Birdsall on keyboards and Brandon's younger brother, Kyle Blanchard, on bass, with the addition of Alex Rosendall as another guitarist. The band is currently writing material for their upcoming full-length record, with a release date sometime mid 2010.
