Frontman Tim Dodd started the band on his own as a recording project winter of 2007. From here, he began to jam with Spencer Ford on song ideas. The two invited Karl Renfro (the Emblem) to play bass (not drums) and help with vocals. The three of continued to jam and write together until winter of 2008 they recorded a their first full length "Departing Heathrow" together. That winter, Steve Downs (Damiera, Spirit of the Stairway) joined their line up to play lead guitar.
Come spring 2009, they recroded 4 new songs in preparation for an upcoming album to be released later 09. The band signed to their producers small upcoming indie record label CMB Music.
