Powerviolence/Thrashcore from Rhode Island - Dropdead were notoriously one of the few famed groups from the Powerviolence movement that
did not have roots from California, but nevertheless were quick to obtain a following within the scene and becoming a vital influence for
cementing the sound of the genre as a whole.
