Dj Cactuar is an experimental music composer from Recife, Pernambuco. Their first album, Amor Urbano, released in October of 2015, was heading a mix of genres that wandered between instrumental hip hop and ambient jazz. DJ Cactuar is a music lover, independent of the musical genre, and is influenced by several artists, from DJ Shadow to Swans, Natural Snow Buildings, Aphex Twin, Portishead, Modest Mouse, Boards of Canada and Godspeed You! Black Emperor.
