Black Light Burns is the primary creation of Wes Borland, formerly of Limp Bizkit. The production of Cruel Melody, the debut album, included former Nine Inch Nails bassist Danny Lohner, keyboardist Josh Eustis, and A Perfect Circle's Josh Freese.
