Antichrist emerged from Växjö, Sweden in 2005 seemingly determined to bring thrash metal back to the early eightees.
Naming themselves after Slayers song "The Antichrist" and both looking and sounding like early bay-area bands, the band has built a rather
dedicated audience. An audience that are not afraid of calling out contemporaries as posers for using triggered drums, clean production or
singing about pizza and not death and satan. Having a couple of demos under their belt they released their debut album, "Forbidden Worlds" on
September 30th 2011.
