Anatomy of a Ghost was a post-hardcore band from Portland, Oregon. They combined post-hardcore with more spacey elements and released the acclaimed album "Evanesce" in 2003. AOAG broke up in 2004, and from the ashes rose the indie band Portugal the Man.
